Exciting Practice Update!
We are excited to announce the upcoming relocation of our Cedar Park office to our new Leander location at Pointe 183, which will be completed in early 2025. Until this new location is ready, our physicians will continue to provide you with comprehensive care out of our other existing locations as our Cedar Park office located at 1401 Medical Parkway B, Ste 120 will be closed effective October 30, 2024. Until our Leander office is ready, Dr. Hardy will continue to practice out of our other existing locations. Brian T. Hardy, MD, is a board-certified, fellowship-trained Orthopedic Surgeon with Texas Orthopedics. Dr. Hardy earned a Bachelor of Science in biochemistry and Master of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame, South Bend, Indiana, followed by his medical degree from the University of Virginia, Charlottesville. He completed his residency in Orthopedic Surgery from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland and his Fellowship in hand and upper extremity surgery under the direction of Dr. Paul Dell at the University of Florida in Gainesville. In addition, he also holds a subspecialty certificate from the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.
Dr. Hardy specializes in hand, elbow and shoulder surgery, with special interests in minimally-invasive endoscopic carpal tunnel surgery and all fractures of the upper extremities.
He was voted by his peers to the Texas Monthly Super Doctors Rising Stars list from 2013-2015, the Texas Monthly Super Doctors list from 2017-2024 and Austin Monthly Top Doctors in 2020 through 2024. Dr. Hardy is also one of the Texas Orthopedic Sports Medicine providers that help cover the Texas Stars Hockey games.
Dr. Hardy is an active member of the teaching faculty of Dell Medical School’s Orthopaedic Surgery Residency Program. He is also a member of the American Society for Surgery of the Hand.
He and his wife, Tara, have one son and three daughters. Outside of medicine, he enjoys golf, photography, movies, and Notre Dame football.
