
Houston, TX, February 17, 2025 — OrthoLoneStar, the largest independent orthopedic practice in Texas, is excited to announce leadership promotions and additions at our executive, divisional, and MSO levels.
In April 2023, Anthony Brooks, MBA, was named the Chief Operating Officer of OrthoLoneStar (OLS). We are proud to announce that Anthony has now been promoted to Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of our group. He has been a pivotal addition to the OLS team and is committed to our success and continued growth. As CEO, he will oversee the executive management and daily operations of the OLS MSO that supports six orthopedic practices within the state. Also at our executive level, Linden Jackson, former Chief of Staff with OLS, has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer (COO). Linden joined OLS in 2021 and has initiated and managed many projects and departments including Business Development, Human Resources, Marketing, and IT. As COO, she will support the company by overseeing various operational areas at all levels.
Among our divisions, Cindy Murray, PT, MBA, has been appointed the new CEO at our Carrell Clinic division which serves Dallas and surrounding communities. Cindy brings many years of healthcare sector leadership and operational, which she will bring to bear at Carrell Clinic as they continue to grow and be a leader of orthopedic care in the DFW market. Cindy joins the Carrel Clinic after long-term leader, Rick Weymier, announced his retirement.
At the OLS MSO, we welcome Dawn Cowman as our new Director of Revenue Cycle. Dawn has over 15 years of leadership experience in Revenue Cycle Management. Her career has been focused on improving operational efficiencies, building high-performing teams, and driving financial success. She reports to Chief Financial Officer Alicia Daniel. Additionally, we are excited to have Daleina Bulger join the OLS team as our Credentialing Manager. Daleina brings 20+ years of healthcare credentialing, quality and operational experience to the team. Daleina reports to Jennifer Kinman, Vice President of Quality & Regulatory Affairs.
