Six of our seven locations offer on-site physical therapy services and hand therapy provided by our Physical and Occupational Therapists. Our caring rehabilitation team works closely with our orthopedic doctors to deliver a seamless continuum of care.
Physical, occupational, or hand therapy may be all that some people need for pain relief and improved mobility and function. Physical therapy may be prescribed before a surgical procedure to prepare the body for the best outcomes and after orthopedic surgery for rehabilitation. In addition, our physical therapists offer sports-specific injury prevention to minimize the risk of injury by establishing or maintaining a reliable exercise program.
Our hands-on physical therapists, occupational therapists, and hand therapists perform comprehensive evaluations and develop treatment plans specific to each patients' goals. Our therapists use many methods to help our patients achieve their goals, such as therapeutic exercise, modalities, and manual techniques. Roxanne Richey PT, DPT, Cert DN
Roxanne received her undergraduate degree from Texas State University in San Marcos Texas before heading to get her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in Belton. After graduating, Roxanne decided to stay local and moved back to her hometown of Georgetown. Growing up as a student athlete, she's had her fair share of run ins with physical therapists which helped make her decision to pursue a career in therapy. Roxanne did a clinical rotation with Texas Orthopedics at the beginning of her doctorate program that made her eager to come back and treat as a licensed physical therapist. She has a special interest in young athletes and active adults. She's passionate about sports and loves helping patients return to sports. Outside of the clinic, Roxanne enjoys staying active by playing sand volleyball, participating in classes at OrangeTheory Fitness, going to the lake or beach, and trying out new restaurants in the area.
Dana Seth, PT, DPT
Dana Seth received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Utah graduating in 2015. She received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wyoming in Kinesiology and Health Promotion and an Associates of Science degree at Casper College. She played 2 years of basketball while at Casper College and was a Distinguished Academic All-American. She chose to become a physical therapist because she loves being active and helping people. This career has allowed her to help people to return to normal daily activities or higher-level activities that pain or surgery was limiting their ability to do. She enjoys the one on one interaction with people and getting to know them over the course of their treatment. Dana was born and raised in Wyoming and lived there until 2019 when she relocated to Austin for warmer weather and to be near family and friends that had found their way to Texas. She does miss the beauty and mountains but has enjoyed the warmth and new adventures Austin has to offer. She really enjoys working with the post-op population ranging from young athletes to people who are recovering from joint replacements due to arthritis. In particular, she likes that therapy allows her to work on various body regions from the neck down to the foot/ankle. She also enjoys challenging people with balance activities and seeing them improve and progress over their course of therapy. Dana is certified in trigger point dry needling and feels this can be a useful tool when treating patients when the muscle is a main contributor to their pain. She enjoys first and foremost spending time with family and friends. She likes to be outside golfing, hiking, or paddle boarding, but also can stay inside to read, watch movies, TV shows and most sports. She likes to try new restaurant and recipes on the weekends.
Taylia Tyo, PT, DPT
Taylia was born and raised in the Chicago suburbs but after getting her undergraduate degree at the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign, she decided to move south to Texas where she received her graduate degree in Physical Therapy at Baylor University. Taylia is a people-person who loves to help people get back to doing what they love, which is why Physical Therapy was the right career for her. In particular, she loves to work with athletes and believes that all people are athletes to some extent. Her knowledge doesn’t stop there though as she is pursuing further specializations in orthopedics as well as manual therapy. If Taylia is not working in the clinic, you can find her exploring Austin and being around people or practicing her love of reading and baking.

Amy received her Bachelors in Health Sciences at James Madison University where she played field hockey for the Dukes. She received her Masters in Occupational Therapy from Brenau University in Gainesville, Georgia. During her free time she enjoys staying active through hiking, weight lifting, being on the lake, and playing with her dog.

Terry Fredley PT, MS, FAAOMPT, Cert. DN
Terry was raised in San Antonio, TX before coming to Austin where she received her BFA in Dance from the University of Texas. Terry was a member of several dance companies in Austin before returning to school to earn her MS in Physical Therapy from Texas State University. Terry continued her studies though the Manual Therapy Institute where she became a Fellow in the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy. She became dry needling certified through the Institute of Athletic Regeneration. Terry is passionate about helping her patients, of various activity levels, learn how to move optimally and pain free.

Hallie is originally from the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois. She went to The Ohio State University for her undergraduate degree. After undergrad, she completed her M.S. in Occupational Therapy from the University of Illinois at Chicago, completing her hand therapy rotation at Northwestern Center for Surgery of the Hand. She then spent 2 years working in Hand Therapy in Chicago before moving to Austin. Hallie enjoys playing guitar, playing soccer, and listening to live music.

Wesley Powers PT, DPT
Wes received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine in August 2018. As a former collegiate soccer player, Wes is passionate about returning his athletes to sports as well as injury prevention. He is also passionate about patient education and integrating a variety of orthopedic and evidence-based techniques into treatments to create an individualized approach to physical therapy. Prior to joining us at Texas Orthopedics, Wes gained experience in a Sports and Orthopedic clinic during which time he received his Dry Needling certification. Daniel Coyne PT, DPT, OCS - Therapy Services Director
Danny is the Therapy Services Director for the Texas Orthopedics therapy team. He is board certified as an orthopedic clinical specialist (OCS) and is certified in dry needling, Danny has completed the APTA credentialed residency program in orthopedics and he is trained in the McKenzie Method for both part A and B. Danny received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas.
Jim Basque PT, DPT
Jim is a sports enthusiast who loves watching the Aggies play on Saturdays. Jim received his BS in Kinesiology-applied Exercise Physiology at Texas A&M University in College Station and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock. Jim is certified in the McKenzie Method Part A and has previous experience working in an inpatient hospital setting as well as with multiple types of athletes in a sports rehabilitation setting.
Ryan Vincent PT, DPT
Ryan received his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Oregon State University before moving to Austin to receive his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Science. While in undergrad, Ryan played goalkeeper on the PAC-12 Division I Men's Soccer team. Ryan chose physical therapy as a career because he wants to help people live more freely without being limited by pain or physical impairments. He feels physical therapy is a profession that provides him the opportunity to do that on a daily basis. Being a previous Division I athlete, Ryan has had many instances where he required physical therapy and was limited in his participation. He fully understands the emotional impact of being unable to participate in a sport/activity, while also helping maintain enormous parts of your life and identity. Ryan hopes to help expedite a safe return to activity, while also helping to maintain high morale during the rehab process. Ryan is passionate about working with athletes of all ages, post-op rehabilitation, and helping people through the recovery process from both injuries and general deconditioning. He enjoys educating patients so that they fully understand their condition, and have the tools to help manage it on their own in the future. In Ryan's free time outside of work, he loves to exercise and stay active. He enjoys playing disc golf, running, strength training, to name a few. He also loves hanging out with friends and trying all the great restaurants Austin has to offer in addition to watching TV, listening to music, or reading.

Caroline McCoy, PT, DPT
Caroline grew up in Warner Robins, Georgia before receiving her Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Kinesiology from Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, Georgia. She then proceeded to get her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Augusta University in Augusta, Georgia. Caroline played sports growing up which led her to gain interest in the body and what exercise and movement can do. She knew she wanted to help others, and improving quality of life through Physical Therapy was the perfect fit. She enjoys working with a wide range of patient populations and helping everyone reach their individualized goals. Caroline is also certified in Dry-Needling. Outside of work, Caroline enjoys being outside and playing with her dog!

Meredith Sneed OT, CHT
Meredith received her Bachelors in Neurological Music Therapy from Colorado State University in Fort Collins and her Masters in Occupational Therapy from Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona. She is specialized in hand therapy and in 2020, received her hand therapist certification from the Hand Therapy Certification Commission. Meredith loves to be active and while she loves hiking, yoga, and spending time with her Golden Retriever, you can also find her enjoying a good book or attending a concert or comedy show.

Alexa DuCharme PT, DPT
Alexa received her BS in Exercise Science from The College at Brockport State University of New York, where she was a competitive gymnast, and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Long Island University Brooklyn. During that time, she completed a clinical rotation at Texas Orthopedics and liked it so much she stayed! In her free time Alexa likes to keep her body healthy by running and doing Yoga.
Dylan Davies, PT, DPT
Dylan is an Austin native who went to Texas State prior to getting his doctorate degree at the University of the Incarnate Word School of Physical Therapy. Dylan had always been injury prone growing up which allowed him to experience many sessions with a Physical Therapist. He enjoyed his time in PT so much that it sparked his desire to make it his career. He especially likes helping athletes recover and return to their sport and is interested in learning more about the vestibular system. Outside of the clinic Dylan enjoys working out, running, and spending time with his friends and family.
Macey Glowczwski, PT, DPT
Before moving to Austin, Macey called Dumas, TX her home. After receiving her undergraduate and graduate degree in PT at Hardin Simmons University in Abilene, TX, Macey and her husband decided that Austin had the specific scenery they were looking for. You can find Macey exploring breweries around town or enjoying a good book. Macey has always loved building relationships with people, which is why Physical Therapy was the right career choice for her to help people get back to what they love doing. Devin Kitch PT, DPT
Born and raised in Corpus Christi, Texas, Devin grew up on the beach and loved playing all sports, but played soccer competitively for over 20 years. Devin moved to San Antonio, Texas to get his undergrad degree in Kinesiology with an Athletic Medicine concentration from UTSA. Devin then moved to Galveston, Texas to get his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. Devin’s passion for an active lifestyle, sports, and exercise to benefit the lives of others is what brought him to Texas Orthopedics. Devin enjoys hiking, going to the gym, any activities involving water, and hanging out with friends in his free time.

Griffin Wiemelt received his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, and received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine here in Austin, graduating with high honors. Before joining Texas Orthopedics, Griffin gained clinical experience in a skilled nursing facility as well as an outpatient orthopedic practice. When not treating patients, Griffin enjoys strength and conditioning, long-distance running, hiking, reading, and spending time with friends.
